The Clerk / Treasurer’s office assists the Town of Lincolnville to run smoothly each day. We manage town records, council agendas and minutes, utility billing, and the town’s finances. 

Our goal is simple: friendly service, accurate information, and timely support for every resident and business in the Town of Lincolnville.

What we do

  • Utility billing and payments for water service

  • Town Council agendas, minutes, and public meeting notices

  • Financial management including budgets, audits, and purchasing

  • Cemetery, facility, and general town forms management

Financial transparency

We steward public funds with care and openness.

  • Current and prior year budgets

  • Annual financial statements and audit reports

  • Purchasing policies and vendor forms
    Vendors can obtain a W-9 and submit invoices to the Clerk / Treasurer for processing.

Meetings, agendas, and minutes

Stay informed about town decisions and projects.

  • Upcoming Council meeting dates and locations
  • Agendas posted prior to each meeting
  • Approved minutes and recordings when available
    You can request printed copies from the Clerk / Treasurer. Fees may apply for printing.
