Town of Lincolnville Water Department
Welcome to the beautiful historical Town of Lincolnville, South Carolina. We are excited to have you join us in preserving the heritage and legacy of our quaint town.
We desire that you will have a great experience connecting to our Town's water system.
You will need to bring the following items:
- Valid Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- Master Settlement Agreement (for new purchases only) it is usually a 2-3 page agreement.
- 210.00 Cash
- Completed and signed water application
If you are in Magnolia Bay Apartments you will pick-up the application from the lease office and bring everything to Lincolnville Water Department.
Billing
The billing is sent out by the 5th of each month for the upcoming month.
LINCOLNVILLE WATER DEPARTMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MAIL DELIVERY.
Failure to receive your bill does not relinquish your responsibility for payment.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and money orders.

5. You may bring your payments directly to the Townhall checks and money orders.
Cuff Offs for Non-payment
Article lll, Sec. 4-3-1
a. The Town shall have the authority to discontinue water service to any promises for failure to pay water charges at the time such are payable.
b. Once discontinued by the Town, water service shall be reinstated only after all due and overdue bills for water and sewer service are paid in full and an application fee and deposit is paid in for re-establishment of service.
The reconnection fee is 50.00.
Cutting Off or Turning on Water
Article lll, Sec. 4-3-8
It shall be unlawful for any person other than an authorized agent of the Town of Lincolnville to cut off or turn on water at the water meter without prior express consent of the Town of Lincolnville.
There will be a 500.00 fine and the water meter will be removed until fine is paid.
